Colorado

Well, I have been quiet for a bit as I am in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I am house-sitting for Tramore Irish Setters. I have 5 adults, two, 13 week old and eleven, 3 week old Irish Setters to take care of while their owners are in Central Asia vacationing or avoiding terrorists which ever comes first. Anyone interested in an Irish that is well bred and high caliber contact me...plenty here. The weather has been spectacular...highs in the low 80's night time is in the 50's. The elk are in rut so they are noisy!!!  Attended the Arapahoe KC inaugural show and was Select dog on Sat and Best of Breed and Group 3 with Grch Tramore Galewinns Mak'n An Impact...first time I have shown this dog.

I do have some very exciting news...I have been hired to show a Gordon Setter at the World Dog Show in Paris next July...I will most likely take my new main man Falling Branch Gold Standard (Jack Russell Terrier) with me. I can take other dogs but they must be of the caliber that can win at the international level. The show is in July 2011 so plenty of time to decide who goes...but the entry fee goes up with time...IE in Feb it is 70 Eros and it goes up after that...last closing in June 2011.
Anyone interested contact me!!!

Can you believe this?

Today I woke to a chilly 48 degrees. Lexington went from hotbox to refrigerator in 1 day. The dogs are lovin' it but my body is NOT happy. A nice 70 would be great. Where has moderation gone?
